Keychron K13 Pro - Failed to open the device in usevia.app

Hi, when I try to connect my K13 keyboard to usevia.app I get the following error, previously in the design tab I uploaded the keyboard definition in json format. Any help or recommendation?

Error: Failed to open the device.
Device: Keychron Keychron K13 Pro
Vid: 0x3434
Pid: 0x02D1

I use Ubuntu 22.04 and Chrome, Mac keyboard and USB mode.
