[巴哈姆特動畫瘋] 港澳服務上線後，無法以 ass-danmaku 下載彈幕

自港澳服務上線後，港澳用戶亦可以觀看動畫並發送彈幕，同時在「進階設定」中新增「彈幕來源顯示」選項，用戶可選擇顯示來自臺灣及／或香港的彈幕。

ass-danmaku 對新版巴哈姆特動畫瘋不起效果，不會在地址欄顯示按鈕，無法下載彈幕。

我已嘗試在 bahamut.js 將 URL 改成 https://api.gamer.com.tw/anime/v1/danmu.php，但未能解決問題。

Hi @antermin, I noticed the same issue and proposed my PR #25. I've tested it locally and it worked fine. However you'll need to install it manually. Hope it'll help :)

Thank you @maristie - I can confirm that your PR works perfectly.

The region setting in danmaku settings also works, i.e. if I check TW and uncheck HK/MO, and then refresh the page, the downloaded file will only contain danmaku from TW.
