Works fine locally but not when deployed.

Hello,
My bot is working fine in the emulator. I made some changes but unable to deploy the bot even though I'm in Intermediator Folder. What can be done?
Tried adding the code to own custom bot but that won't work as well.

I got the project and converted to .net core 3.1 made same changes and deployed to azure and it worked. i commited to development branch. you can check it.
