Under Request a new service, the Wikipedia article text box will tell you that your link is invalid if whatever after https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ contains special characters (!,?,@,#,$, to name a few).
How To Reproduce It
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to the Request a new service page
In the Wikipedia article box, put the link to an article whose title has a special character, it won't work. But it will take it if you remove the characters.

Under Request a new service, the Wikipedia article text box will tell you that your link is invalid if whatever after https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ contains special characters (!,?,@,#,$, to name a few).
