Description

Under Request a new service, the Wikipedia article text box will tell you that your link is invalid if whatever after https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ contains special characters (!,?,@,#,$, to name a few).

How To Reproduce It

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the Request a new service page
  2. In the Wikipedia article box, put the link to an article whose title has a special character, it won't work. But it will take it if you remove the characters.

Expected Behavior

It should accept my link, because it is valid.
