generate:api xxx create puts camel_Back in function names #108

for instance:

[myExtensionFolder]$ civix generate:api Training create

creates api/v3/Training/Create.php
in this file is the line:

...
function civicrm_api3_training_Create($params) {
...
with a capitol 'C'.
