@swandro I had a chance to graph the qPCR data generated from the Stoty samples using your ST2 figure as a template and unfortunately the results don't really look good enough to include as a figure, but I'm concerned that I may have done something wrong as many points seem to have little to no data.

Can you have a look and if you think that everything looks fine and the data is just too sparse, then we'll omit this figure and if not, can you adjust and we'll add it in?

I should have said, the qPCR data is in the raw_data folder and there is an obviously named notebook in the jupyter notebooks folder.
