Describe the bug
Currently, there is difficulties in downloading all prices of services and medications

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'setting module'
  2. Click on 'price list'
  3. See error

Expected behavior
So, Add a feature button for downloading and uploading the Excel sheet of price list by system user in the System setting
