Find alternative for Loom

We have recommended Loom in all System Setup guides for capturing videos for the Fusion student presentations in the past, but it seems that Loom requires a paid plan to download the videos now

As of September 2023, Loom videos can only be downloaded by admins and creators apart of a Business workspace or by admins and members apart of an Enterprise workspace.

Creator Lites apart of a Business or Starter Free workspace cannot download videos.

We need the following

1. Video download
2. Captures screen and also camera at same time
3. Captures audio
4. At least 3 min video length
5. Chocolatey / Homebrew / CLI install for Linux like Snap or apt-get
6. Good quality video
7. Popular and robust community (doesn't look like a shady software source, good likelihood that it won't disappear or go paid within 1 year)
8. All features above are free
9. Bonus points for open source

Zoom does all of these things, but I think UpLeveled team members have said it's not great quality
