where is the file codebotler_deploy.py ?

Sorry for the late reply. That is a typo in the readme. It is supposed to be python codebotler.py --robot --ip YOUR_IP. You can also check out our implementation code to deploy codebotler on the Jackal robot: https://github.com/ut-amrl/codebotler_amrl_impl
