It appears as if a tooling change is causing the CPP Code Coverage task to fail.

Both failing and passing versions are using version 20250105.1.0 of the runner image, so tooling changes seem unlikely.

gcovr-8.2-py2.py3-none-any

Setting up lcov (1.15-1) ...

Failing case:
Setting up lcov (2.0-4ubuntu2) ...
