Experimental scripts and data analysis scripts used in my Master thesis "The Effect of Saccadic Sequences and Remapping on the Pupillary Light Response" in NRU HSE.
OpensSesame file is 12th and last version of experimental setting. All other files contain a code for data analysis:

- MATLAB script parses raw data into data frames.
- Python script preprocesses the data frame: group, delete, rename columns.
- Three R scripts converts data frames in graphs and statistics.
