The CV system needs a control node during autonomous runtime that turns different parts of the pipeline -on and -off as needed. This should be a node in the vision launch pkg. The node should subscribe to "/fsm/state" topic - according to the current state in the FSM, appropriate parts of the stack should be changed, e.g. object config for feature detection should be changed, darknet yolo node launch, feature detection node stop, etc.
