Hi there - I am afraid it might be a hardware issue. If it does not work on an other computer either (if I understand it right), resetting the app or software settings will not help. I'd recommend contacting the manufacturer if there is any way to reset the display or simply ask for an RMA. Hardware faults happen. Hi i've been using Betterdisplay for few days and my zeuslap portable monitor went black!
It shows "No signal" when I plug it off and on. I tried plugging it to another computer but it didn't help either.
i read the instruction and reset the app but
Please help....
I have no idea how to fix it. My Mac is Apple 2021 M1 with Sonoma14.5 OS.
