Please Help!!! ;((( My monitor went black!

Hi i've been using Betterdisplay for few days and my zeuslap portable monitor went black!
It shows "No signal" when I plug it off and on. I tried plugging it to another computer but it didn't help either.

i read the instruction and reset the app but

1. Shift key doesnt work for my app. I cant access to the safe mode. ( Without any popup window)
2. I deleted the files that listed out in the article. e.g. com.apple.** files, but i cant del those one under "Overrides" folder( it seems locked)
3. I lost all the monitor setting. Its different from the perivous setting right now :( ~

Please help....
I have no idea how to fix it. My Mac is Apple 2021 M1 with Sonoma14.5 OS.

Hi there - I am afraid it might be a hardware issue. If it does not work on an other computer either (if I understand it right), resetting the app or software settings will not help. I'd recommend contacting the manufacturer if there is any way to reset the display or simply ask for an RMA. Hardware faults happen.

Note: if you can't delete the ones in the Overrides folder, you might be looking in the wrong place, it should be under /Library, not under /System/Library (the latter one is protected).
