[Suggestion] hope to add the option of not dividing chapters on webpage.

Generally the content of the web page is relatively small, so there is actually no need to divide the content of the chapter according to the toc/h[1-5] tag when converted to epub e-books. Hope it can support the conversion without dividing chapters, treat the whole webpage as a whole.
