I don't think that's gonna be possible. Many users want the Sketch Team to finally allow text overwriting with several lines in symbols. And that then everything automatically shifts downwards.

Travis Folck of Ignite (WalMart labs) has already solved this. The text in your symbol isn't adaptable and doesn't allow for more than 5 characters in the label.
