Add fire and management history data

There are many geospatial layers collected and managed by Forest Service programs available in a map service
here: https://data.fs.usda.gov/geodata/edw/datasets.php

These data are shapefiles and contain many different kind of information. The most useful for ongoing projects, right now, are those containing fire occurrence, prescribed fire management, and generally silviculture and forest cut managements.
