Numbering in combination with include #3

Hi,

when you use the include plugin with pages, where the numbering plugin is used, sometimes the numbers aren't updated: Each included page begins with the initial number instead of a consecutive number. Even after purging the numbering remains incorrect.

Thank you for the feedback. Could you give an example with numbers what you are seeing and what you are expecting?
