Investigate using WildFly Glow to determine layers

This will mean not being able to share the images between tests the way we do at present.

However, for CI we already delete images after tests, and create them on demand before each test. Otherwise the space of the image registry grows too big.

So we might need to rework the tests to build the images on demand for each test.
