Sandbox/Production settings (i.e. manual keys entry) should be hidden under an advanced tab and/or removed, for the UK/FR/US
Merchants for these countries (more to be added later) should be directed down the BT Auth flow instead of manual entry.

So on a fresh setup when you open the gateway settings in admin you should see the connect button IF you are in a country that can use the feature,

If you see the button then the api key fields should be hidden WITH a checkbox under the button to "enter credentials manually"
At that point if its clicked "disable" the big connect button and show the api fields.
