Loves

  • The comments on all breakpoints are exquisite
  • So clean and crisp

Opportunities

  • There is no parallax effect on the sidebar, feels like it should have it since all other pages do.
  • It might be nice if someone is replying to someone's comment to see what the person wrote in their comment.
  • There is nothing for the post author so it'd be unclear who wrote the article.

Clarification

  • Does the theme support featured images for blog posts, and if so, what would that look like?
  • What would nested comments look like (i.e. someone replies to someone's comment)
  • If someone uploads a gallery into their post, what will that look like?

Opportunities

  • The parallax is there... make sure you reload if you've gone from a mobile view to desktop. Some of those animations (e.g. the parallaxing sidebar) are disabled on smaller mobile widths.
  • No problem... I can play around with alternative comment reply methods.
  • No problem... I'll add a post author section.

Clarification

  • Wasn't planning on featured images for this theme.
  • My thought was that nested comments would display the same as regular comments, but I'll add a visual indication of a nested comment and mock that up.
  • Galleries would be displayed inline with the current design, but if you guys are looking for something more complex, I'd be happy to work on that. I really wanted to keep this theme as minimalist as possible.
