Add functionality to create metadata file for fragalysis (or parse metadata from API) #121

API creates a metadata file suitable for sending to fragalysis
XCR currently reads/writes a csv file for each ligand individually
pipeline should read initial metadata from API and populate relevant tables (or create entries in tables that can be used to create metadata instead of using API to make it)
