Validation

  • I've read the FAQ.
  • The Xenia build used is from a Canary branch. (not UWP/MLBS/AlexVS/master/pull requests, etc)
  • This issue isn't for help (tech support) with Xenia, or a game.
  • I've checked if this game doesn't already have a compatibility report.

Tested on: xenia-canary/xenia-canary@3b49054

xenia.zip

  • requires render_target_path_d3d12 = "rov" to correct light intensity, also in menu.
  • flickering shadows from some lights, example.
  • 2D decals can flicker, very similar to UE, example.

RTV vs ROV:
rtvrov

ROV is also faster than RTV. If that wasn't weird enough, Vulkan/FSI overtakes everything in the most demanding angles, which is the opposite of what should be happening:
rtvrovfsi
