Messages not showing in app

Steps to reproduce

1. Open App
2. Switch to messages section

Expected behavior

It should show list of messages.

Actual behavior

App sudenly stopped showing SMS messages the only time I see incomming message is in notification area hovever when I open app and switch to messages tab it is completly empty, it just stopped working for some reason, even reinstalled whole app multiple times but still nothing helped.

On my Sony smartphone, “Connect You” shows the text messages in an overview when you tap on the “Messages” area (see screenshot 1). But when I tap on a message/conversation, I only see the time it was received, the text of the SMS is missing (see screenshot 2).
