Hi, it seems like you use the ground truth test labels (tol_target) to find the optimal classification threshold, and subsequently determine accuracy, FNR, FPR etc.

Hi. The main metric (AUC) used throughout the paper does not require a threshold. For metrics that require a threshold such as Acc, FNR etc., the implementation follows these two papers: https://www.nature.com/articles/s41591-021-01595-0, and https://arxiv.org/pdf/2203.12609 (sec 4) as acknowledged in the code.
