Classify CC from MLO

selected upper 1/20 part of image, plot histogram for these pixels in gray scale. If the histogram has a peak either on [0.4,0.6], [0.6,0.8] or [0.8,1.0] and the peak is greater than 10000, we classify it as MLO.
