Feature description

Newer versions of Android prompt for notification permission, InnerTune doesn't use notifications that often, but it does for things like downloading progress.

Why do you want this feature?

It is not clear that notifications would be used otherwise, you have to manually go into the App Info page and enable notifications.

Additional information

It would also be possible to only prompt this when someone clicks the download button, if that's the only thing used, instead of e.g. when the app starts
