Vely release notes for 19.0.0

- Notes: Vely 19 brings major new feature: balanced binary (AVL/B) memory trees, which enable fast data access even in very large data sets (with O(log N)). Tree support includes inserting, updating, deleting and searching of data in a variety of ways (equal, lesser, greater, lesser or equal, greater or equal, minimum, maximum), and also provides a fast (with O(1)) access for range-searches due to a double-linked sorted list (optional). Also included is cursor support, where searching of lesser or greater keys can be done with best possible performance, something that is important for range searches. Additionally, new "process-scope" clause is added for trees and hashes, which makes it easier to build in-memory key servers that allow for a wide range of capabilities. do-once statement is added to allow for simple execution of code that runs only once in a process, such as initializations and creation of structures such as trees or hashes etc. The only change that forced bumping up version to 19 is that num-string no longer allows fixed buffers as a result, but rather always allocates memory, which was done to make this statement the same as a number of similar others and to improve safety. A convenience of not having to write "include vely.h" has been added, as Vely will do that automatically. Improvements have been made to memory handling, reducing the memory usage. A number of bug fixes is included in this release. Full list of changes below.
