Product Roadmap

This is our simple, text roadmap. It reflects the current strategic direction of the Zerobase tracing community.

  • Each headline is a product **GOAL ** that releases a level of key functionality when complete.
  • Each goal is made up of **Epics ** defined in the product backlog. Epics are chunks of work that make sense being together. See list of epics
  • Epics are made up of User Stories. These are broken down into stories on the Front End and Back-end boards. Any supporting docs, e.g., from Google Drive, should be linked in the epics in the product backlog.

Manchester Goal (DONE)

Sites (stores) can be signed up, receive QR codes and welcome pack + Internal reporting to measure conversion Outcome verified we can sign up businesses and measure compliance from individuals

Where is documentation on and results from this? Where can someone read more on this?

Self Declaration Goal (ONGOING)

An individual can report test results or symptoms + internal reporting. SD provides warm data (as opposed to confirmed tests) to reporting so that PHOs can assess whether an increase in symptomatic reporting correlates to potential outbreaks.

Outcome: People can report their symptoms or test results so that individuals can be potentially notified and PHOs can report on it to take appropriate action

###This is Legacy Epic 84. Current state: work being done on this is in questionable state. Question: do we need to start from scratch? Question: Where is the user research about individuals and site owners, their constraints, business goals?

Notification Goal

A way to safely communicate exposures via Public Health officials. Automatic notifications and managed.

Outcome: A way to integrate a safe and meaningful way that helps control a potential outbreak when a person has been infected and has had interactions.

Test Facility Goal

A way to integrate tests from facilities or labs into our systems. Outcome: ZB consumes test results as soon as known.

Modeling/dashboard

Presentation of results to PHO/ Modeling by PHOs 'what if' , spatial visualisations and dashboards.

No-Phone-holder flow

Outcome: An individual can be traced with a printed QR by being scanned at a site or testing facility. They can receive non-personal communication on-scan. Sites, PHOs, test centres can print individual QRs for Individuals.
