configuration.yaml no applied at Zigbe2mqtt #681

Description of the issue

I have issue for get applied the configuration entered at configuration.yaml file.

As example the fridenly names entered are not applied at Zigbee2mqtt dashboard. example:

I have entered the changes at configuration.yaml file and later I have set it as read file for avoid that Zigbee2mqtt rewrite the file , because without do that all the settings entered there are rewrited.

Other feature that I'm not able to get activated is the aviability status,

I have setup the following at configuration.yaml

homeassistant: true
discovery_topic: 'homeassistant'
status_topic: 'hass/status'
