Upon starting the app on my Win10 machine it immediately says "miner died"

Download the source code , install visual studio and compile it in your system.

I'm having this same issue. I ran as admin and in Win 7 under troubleshooter. I don't know how to compile in visual studio. If I get I could get help with that or any other ideas would be appreciated.

Don't know how to explain guys , when some code is not working properly in my system , usually I debug it searching for errors , exceptions , or missing libraries , etc. But if you need some skill in vs to debugging. Maybe in your case the only you need to do is change the target framework version to the last . Not sure . I hope you will make it run.
