I'm hesitant to merge this PR without at least one approval from @2i2c-org/partnerships-and-community-guidance because this is a process that you all will primarily follow. Can somebody on that team please make edits / suggestions, or approve? |

This adds our process for tracking grant and project leads with AirTable / GitHub, following the guidance described in this issue:
In order to accomplish this, I added a new folder called
workflow/and also created one for the service contracts workflow. I did some minor formatting to make the text easier to follow but didn't change the content of that at all.Preview of new workflows page
