Routines must be preferably called in the following order:

Step 1:
Configure your config file (in config folder).
Add in particular the source data set to be used, the start and end dates, and target resolution & grids.

Step 2: 
Call corresponding config in main.sh
Comment/Uncomment create_template routine to generate a template file needed for interpolation (only required to run once for each resolution)

Step 3:
./main.sh
