Bug fixing for (at least) MCP3004

I tried the original version made by raspilc and it did not work correctly.
The 1st and 2nd analog inputs did not bring the correct values.
After some research and understanding of the code I managed to find the error(s) and also checked all other ICs using their datasheets.
