Moved console-client dependency outside of deps-axonframework ascii doc

The goal of moving console-framework-client-spring-boot-starter outside of the deps-axonframework ascii doc tag is to avoid the dependency appearing on the "Bootstraping Axon Framework" section of the "Building your first Axon Framework application from scratch" tutorial.

At that point of the tutorial, I'd rather see on the tutorial the minimum set of dependencies the developer has to add.

I've moved the console-framework-client-spring-boot-starter dependency to its own ascii doc tag so that I can refer to it later in another section of the tutorial dedicated to "Connecting your Axon framework Application with AxonIQ Console".
