About The Pull Request

Adds in a new traitor book: The Art of Thievery

It allows you to strip people of their items without it giving an indication to them.

Why It's Good For The Game

It's fucking hilarious to reach for the officer's service pistol sneakily without them realizing.

Eh, not sure about this since it's the entire strip panel rather than only pockets/suit-slot, i've seen some folks be annoyed that you don't get a warning about the quick-radio turn off that was recently-ish added and it can be mass-spammed
