Citrullia v2.0

Complete redesign of application. The updated user interface includes better graphs and more information about each spectrum. Also includes new method for automatic categorization of citrullinations. Manual description and annotation of each citrullination spectrum is now possible. Option of saving the validation results has been implemented.
