About the PR

Deso (meth) gives a hefty amount of cell damage and nicotine gives a very small amount of cell damage.

Why / Balance

For a long time, I have been annoyed that people treat meth like candy in this game and that they usually don't even try to roleplay that it's like... meth, one of the worst drugs around. Someone told me a long time ago that if I want that to stop, then I need to make meth actually have consequences, so in this PR I have made it so that meth causes cellular damage, just like in real life.
To be more fair to all the meth fans in this game, I also gave nicotine a similar effect for similar realism reasons. Although I mysteriously could not for the life of me figure out how to actually poison myself with cigarettes in the dev environment. For some reason, the cigarette just wasn't releasing any nicotine into me, so I must be magically immune. anyways

Honestly? I vibe with this change, especially now that doxa heals genetic in the dead. These means it's more viable to fucking DNR someone when they're constantly doing meth because haha funny od'ing on meth!!!! I'd like to try this out.
It'd also stop botany from distributing six jugs of it like that one time.

I'd like to add a suggestion here, if you're going to have cigs do damage, they should also get a benefit, and I think having them reduce your hunger (which is a thing nicotine does) would be pretty neat, especially since hunger is so overtuned to the point where you go from fully satiated to starving in about ten to fifteen minutes.

Suggestions, take as you desire:

• Make Nicotine slow down hunger loss (may just make it sate hunger very, very slowly, I have no idea what's a good solution for that)
• Possibly make a slight reduction to the damage dealt by desoxyephedrine.
