Features

Per Game Profiles:

Custom Lightbar color,
Custom Triggers,
Activates automatically as soon as you open the app

Rumble affects triggers on Pulse_B (Optional)

Added a check so users without ViGemBus Driver will be warned about it and will redirect them to the install page

I've removed the triggers profile from the main menu because realistically you shouldn't use adaptive triggers unless you're actually playing the game, as such your profiles will be reused as game profiles so you don't lose them.
