Rename to lowercase and move headers to own directory.
Formatting, fixes minor warnings.
NewHogFile() and CreateNewHogFile() are practically identical.
Rename for consistency.
Some of them interferer with WinAPI.

This was intended as part of creation HogUtils tool, but there so much extern variables and linkage between modules so I gave up and decided to create HogUtils from scratch. Still there a lot of minor improvements.
