If you place a "trigger_hurt" entity via. hammer and set its damage type for example too "RADIATION" and set the keyvalue "StartDisabled" too 1 so that its disabled till its getting activated you can hear the radiation sounds if its in a disabled state. Any way too make the sounds disable too if the trigger is disabled?
