BOF WinRM client

Cobalt Strike BOF that implements a WinRM shell client using Windows APIs.

Example:

beacon> winrm-client --host ws2 --cmd "whoami"

[+] host called home, sent: 6787 bytes
[+] received output:
thedomain\user1
