Users can now load arbitrary CSV with:
Elf.load(newest=None, cleaned=None, timestamp=None, csvpath:pathlib.Path=None)With this we can also remove the
original_codes&codesmodule globals and their associatedMetaAandMetaBmetaclasses.This contributes to #6.
