The settings section of the documentation had slipped out-of-sync with the actual code.
This PR just updates the settings documentation to use the setting names and descriptions from the code.
Also renamed a few settings:
Removed an unused setting: TranslateWithNewCategories
I removed the "key parameter" checkbox in the header bar of "editField" modal, since it was not hooked up to anything.
Added compiled javascript versions of tests in typescript to gitignore.
Fixed a few spelling mistakes here and there
