IF YOU HAVE USED PREVIOUS VERSIONS, YOU HAVE TO DELETE THE APP'S DATABASE OTHERWISE IT WILL CRASH ON STARTUP.

rm -r ~/Library/Application\ Support/NPS\ Browser/

Then start the application.
