Vegetation Management Module Version 1.0.0

This is the first release of the Vegetation Management Module, an extension of the Functionally Assembled Terrestrial Ecosystem Simulator (FATES) model, that allows the simulation a range of realistic vegetation management activities. Version 1.0.0 is built on top of FATES tag sci.1.43.2_api.14.2.0. It implements planting, completion control, stand thinning, and harvest operations. These operations can be specified as events occurring at specific times and locations using a driver file.
