Simple tool with ui to play and copy default game sounds. Sound names provided by plebmasters. Does not load data banks.

Open "/testsounds", play by clicking on icon. In case of a looped sound, click speaker next to search icon. That will stop all playing sounds. TODO: remove icon when sound finishes
