Fixes: [Actions] Trying to change action without request! Symbol issue with left4dhooks (requires left4dhooks_vscript.inc).
Created file instead of directory.
This is just a copy of left4dhooks.inc, but with a couple of items commented to avoid duplicate symbols when compiling l4d2_sb_ai_improver.sp.
Includes fixes for Actions and VScript include

One fix to prevent SourceMod errors with newer Actions versions, and another fix (new include file) to compile without duplicate symbol errors.
If you package the left4dhooks_vscript.inc file in the zip file along with the changes in l4d2_sb_ai_improver.sp, then l4d2_sb_ai_improver.sp can be compiled as distributed without making any changes.
