License Agreement of LankaTutor

This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and LankaTutor community.
This agreement governs your acquisition and use of our LankaTutor website directly from the LankaTutor.lk site.
Please read this agreement carefully before sign up/registration process and using the LankaTutor website. It provides a license and copyright of the LankaTutor community and contains resource information and liability disclaimers.
 By clicking the "accept" checkbox below the signup form, you are agreeing to become bound by the terms of this license agreement.
If you are entering into this agreement, then you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you do not have such authority or if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this end user license agreement, do not register/sign up.
This agreement shall apply only to the LankaTutor website. The terms also apply to any LankaTutor updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services for the website, unless other terms accompany those items on delivery. If so, those terms apply. 

License Grant

LankaTutor hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the LankaTutor website on your devices in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
You are permitted to use the LankaTutor website by using internet-enabled devices (PC, mobile, laptop, tablet). Our community always protect your private details, but we do not take any responsibility when you lose your private information by yourself.
You are not permitted to:
* Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate or otherwise change the whole or any part of the website nor permit the whole or any part of the website to be combined with or become incorporated in any other site.
* Reproduce, copy, distribute for your own purpose.
* Use the website in any way which breaches any applicable local, national or international law
* Use the website for any purpose that LankaTutor considers is a breach of this license agreement.



Modules of LankaTutor
---------------------

LankaTutor contains two main subsystems. Those are resource platforms, and the other one is the learning platform. You can either use one of the subsystems for the registration/sign up process. After the successful registration, you can log in to our website and use those two resources simultaneously because the two subsystems interconnected with each other.

Intellectual Property and ownership
-----------------------------------

LankaTutor shall always retain ownership of the website as originally used by you and all subsequent downloads of the website by you. The website (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature on the website, including any modifications made thereto) are and shall remain the property of LankaTutor.
LankaTutor reserves the right to grant licenses to use the website to third parties.

Deactivation
------------

The users can deactivate their account by clicking the deactivate button under the users’ profile, but before the deactivation, you should be logged in to the system and you must agree on the alert message to confirm the deactivation

Governing Law
-------------

This end user license agreement, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of SriLanka.
