Updated app to work with newest SDK and UI improvements.

Backported UI improvements from: https://github.com/Lauszus/LaunchPadFlightControllerAndroid.

This includes:

  • No longer use ActionBarSherlock
  • Consisten theme throughout the app
  • Can now run the app in the emulator
  • Replace window with progress bar in the device list activity
  • Use TabLayout instead of old ActionBar layout
  • Compile for SDK 25 and use newest support library and play services
  • Make dialog theme look the same as the rest of the app
  • Better looking arrows
