CraftBukkit renamed
WorldServer#spawnEntitytoWorldServer#addEntity, the regular method calls will redirect toWorld#spawnEntityand works fine, but calls through Mixin Shadow annotation will failed to inject cuz there's no such method in WorldServer class, this pull request addresses this issue.
